Job Description
CSR, import and export, and company asset management
Manage and oversee operations of the Human Resources Department, including Compensation & Benefits, Social Insurance, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Occupational Health & Safety.
Update and implement compliance-related policies, including the Labor Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement, Compensation & Bonus Policies, and other internal policies.
Supervise general administrative tasks, including handling matters related to expatriate employees (e.g., Visa, Work Permit, Temporary Residence Card, Temporary Residence Declaration), as well as managing subcontractors, suppliers, and office equipment.
Conduct labor audits with subcontractors and outsourcing units; plan and carry out internal labor audits in alignment with company and client standards.
Represent the company in working with government authorities and labor audit organizations on behalf of the company and/or the brand clients.
Requirement
College or University graduate
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication skills in English
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR position at companies with a workforce of 500 employees or more (preferably in the garment/backpack/bag manufacturing industry)
Solid understanding of the Labor Law, Enterprise Law, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and Personal Income Tax regulations
