1. Summary of the role
Specify the overall responsibilities and the main deliverables. Why do we need the role?
• Be responsible for HR related tasks of employee recruiting, learning & development and employee engagement etc..
• Be responsible for implementation and development of HR processes and procedures.
2. Tasks and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
• Recruit the right person to fill vacant positions, continuously improving recruitment tools and channels within assigned departments or product areas
• Lead employer branding initiatives to promote Trelleborg's culture and core values
Talent Development:
• Follow up on the onboarding/offboarding process to ensure smooth employee transitions and minimize relationship risks
• Create comprehensive training and development plans aligned with the organization's strategic goals and workforce plans
• Analyze employee performance to identify skill gaps and design training programs to address them
• Partner with department leaders to identify performance needs and recommend future training initiatives
• Pioneer initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity, and organizational culture
• Stay informed on current industry trends and effective approaches, implementing new strategies to improve training programs.
• Collaborate with external vendors and trainers to establish beneficial relationships for the organization
Other HR administration:
• Responsible for employee data management and maintenance
• Ensure timely and compliant HR-related documentation
• Provide necessary support and assistance for employee benefits delivery and employee communications
• Other tasks assigned by direct superior.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelors degree in human resource or business administration preferred.
• At least 5 years HR working experiences, have knowledge of full HR functions
• Proven experience in HR-related tasks such as employee recruiting, learning & development, and employee engagement
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
