Main Responsibilities:
Corporate Culture Development
Culture Initiatives: Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive corporate culture, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values.
Engagement Programs: Plan and organize engagement activities, including team-building events, recognition programs, and employee feedback sessions.
Design and develop internal communication plans and communicate necessary information to everyone.
Recruitment Support
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage recruitment efforts for various roles, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Talent Acquisition: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking, partnerships, and proactive sourcing.
Building and developing employer branding
Administrative Support
Office Administration: Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies management, vendor relations, and facility upkeep.
HR Documentation: Ensure accurate record-keeping, including employee files, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Compliance: Support HR compliance initiatives, ensuring policies align with legal regulations and company standards.

Key Requirements:
At least 2 -3 years experience in HR position
Familiarity with finance, banking, or lending industries is a plus;
Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations;
Organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
