Mô tả công việc

- This position reports to HR Manager for assigned tasks. You will be in charge of a HR Executive (HRE) team of Ha Noi, Ha Long and Vinh, supporting HRM with delivering HR's employee relation service, further enhance and promote HR standardized activities and procedures, HR employment relation function management and HR cooperation/support for clubs, besides ensure effective recruiting, perform C&B jobs on schedule and achieve the quality required by the Company.
- Coordinate with the team leaders of HR department in order to support HR Manager with design, implementation, and development of company policies to encourage employees and retaining talent align to company's strategy and compliance with current legislation. Primary Responsibilities I. HR Operations (50%)
• Be in charge of HR service delivery for assigned club/ department
• Manage and update the employees' database via hard copies and BIM HR software; Ensure the employee data/profile systematically & effectively managed
• Complete and follow up all HR's paper works/ HR procedures such as:
offer letter, labor contract, HR's decisions, ect to the club/ department as assignment
• Advise employees/managers of labor relation issues, update HR's Policies, Insurance, PIT, labor law, employee benefits for staff's acknowledgment and compliance
• Prepare documents and welcome all inspection team in an assigned club.
• Ensure the implementation of Company policies and guidelines (performance evaluation, goal setting, ect) at clubs are aligned and timely managed II. SUPERVISION (50%)
• Review and Check HRE documents submission before submitting to HRM
• Provide training and supervise HREs' work performance to ensure the consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness of HR team
• Enhance work cooperation/connection to all assigned clubs for timely understanding, survey/investigation to club issues and proper report to HRM for suitable problem- solving plans
• Advise and coach managers/ HODs on HR policies and programs including staffing, compensation, benefits, immigration, employee relations, health and safety.
• Assist in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures in accordance with the organization's overall goals and are in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements by laws.
• Closely work with Recruitment team to implement recruitment activities to ensure headcount, candidate quality, and timely meet human resources according to the Company's policies
• Performing C&B jobs: calculating commissions, bonuses and allowances for employees; do timekeeping, keep track the annual leave; carry out procedures related to employee benefits, answer employees' questions about the regime ... (for future development)
• Support HR Manager and other departments with design, implementation and development of HR strategy in order to proactively satisfy business objectives and align with HR policies/procedures.
• Continuously update all incident related to HR matter, be in charge to find out/propose the solution to HR Manager along with the arising specific cases at the assigned area.
• Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Yêu cầu

* Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor preferably Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Languages, Law, Human Resources
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft OfficeCompetencies
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees to managers, directors
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of labour law, social insurance law, and related law and be able to comprehend ad apply application laws in each circumstance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution driven mindset
• Adaption and ability to acquire new knowledge fast
