● Employee Relations & Retention: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, helping to foster a positive working environment
Support in resolving employee issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating when necessary
Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention initiatives
Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback sessions, and stay/exit interviews to identify improvement areas
● Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate pre-boarding, onboarding orientation, and integration activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience
Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements
Ensure smooth documentation and handover process for both joiners and leavers
● HR Operations:
Support HR paperwork and employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, appendices, changes, etc.)
Maintain and update employee records and database with accuracy and confidentiality
● Performance & OKRs Support: Support line managers and employees in understanding and following the OKR process
Help consolidate, track, and follow up on OKR submissions and evaluations
Coordinate training or guidance sessions related to performance and goal-setting processes
● Admin & Others Support: administrative tasks including
purchasing, office supplies, and facility-related support
Coordinate Visa and Work Permit processes for foreign employees
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager
