Partner with Sales, Production, and Office teams to provide people solutions.
Support performance review cycles and competency development plans.
Conduct employee interviews, engagement surveys, and drive action plans.
Analyze workforce data (turnover, productivity, manpower cost).
Support Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development programs.
Recommend improvements in organizational structure, processes, and job descriptions.
Promote ACE culture (Agility - Challenge - Excellence).
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in HRBP/OD/HR Generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of performance management and talent development.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
Good English proficiency (TOEIC 750+ or equivalent).
