Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be the world leader in e-commerce enablers in term of trading, product creating and e-commerce servicing. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 500 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only US e-commerce market but also to enter new e-commerce markets of more than 15 countries in Europe, Asia and North America, not only Amazon channel but also Walmart, Wayfair among others. HR Business Partnership
Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support them.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
Talent Acquisition
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
Employee Engagement
Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Policy and Compliance
Stay current with HR laws and regulations and ensure company policies and practices are compliant.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HRBP roles and 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition positions.
Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition practices and processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in HR software and systems.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
