Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
The Intern is responsible for supporting Relationship Manager team (RM) in Global Network Banking, North, in daily tasks as below:
- Day to day banking transactions related to payment, checking documents, precheck information related to account mandate, information updates, and other forms related to banking transactions.
- Analytical background with the ability to process information and contextualize data into presentations, business activities, and themes
- Good communication skills with confidence to engage with stakeholders across different lines of business
- Ability to think strategically and take an idea through to action/implementation
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Support on data consolidation, reporting requirements and pipeline management; help prepare presentations, and pitches
- Support RM to gather client's public information and conduct spreading financial data of corporate clients to prepare for credit analysis
- Arrange logistics for RM to visit clients and support organizing client events and signing ceremonies
- Admin work and logistics preparation for bank/department events
- Other general tasks of the team upon request.
