Mô tả công việc
- Hosting monthly HSE meeting with Heads of local operations (laboratory and field operation team)
- Addressing safety issues within the lab manager and operation manager
- Be a trainer for branch/lab/site or provide the HSE training to management board, middle management/supervisors (who are the trainers for most of the operational staff)
- Working on the country OI top page and BU OI top page (HSE leading indicator & lagging indicator)
- Pushing the initiatives and campaigns as requested by Country OI manager and Global/Regional BU and reporting the progress regularly Deciding and preparing the safe talk program for each position of staff within the branch / Site / BU
- Working with operational management on the training matrix for each position
- Identifying high risk operations, organizing the risk assessment program and driving technical team to inject safety elements into SOP - Working together with technical competence center to prepare the site safety induction; SOP (sampling Leading investigation for RAM 2 or incidents as decree No.2 and SGS guidelines
- Implement the safety actions according to HSE circle procedure (daily; weekly; monthly) to improve as PDCA model.
- Closely monitor safety operation at lab and at field to ensure comply with SGS's OMIS and Rule for life.
Yêu cầu
- University degree for Safety, Health, Environmental Engineering, or Degree from Engineering Majors
- Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental at least 2 years' experience HSE Laboratory/Inspection.
- Qualification on and HSE Legal.
- Strong computer skills, negotiation
- Well-developed presentation and training skills.
- Proven ability to promote safety awareness and foster a safety culture
- Good writing, reading, speaking and listening skills in English.
