Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become a HSE Officer (English, ID 21540) at a foreign-invested company and earn $900/month:
Directly supervise site operations, identify hazards, analyze potential risks, and propose preventive measures against workplace accidents.
Develop safety procedures and regulations; assign duties and delegate tasks to the site safety officer team.
Conduct safety inductions and rule orientation for new personnel, and lead periodic safety training for construction teams and subcontractors.
Monitor the issuance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); manage personnel/worker records and maintain inspection schedules for machinery subject to strict safety requirements.
Manage and inspect site fire protection equipment in full compliance with legal standards.
Periodically plan and coordinate fire drills and emergency response exercises with relevant parties.
Develop and execute annual HSE plans; draft safety-related documents, rules, and policies.
Enforce compliance with safety, fire protection, and industrial hygiene standards across the factory; lead the response and coordination in resolving any arising safety or health incidents.
Requirement
Male, under 35 years old.
Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position with industrial/factory construction companies.
Strong expertise in construction site safety supervision, particularly for scaffolding, lifting operations, confined space entry, hot work, and electrical/equipment installation.
Thorough understanding of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations, Fire Prevention and Fighting (FPF) requirements, and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
Good command of English for workplace reporting and communication.
Willing to travel or be assigned to different project sites based on actual project schedules.
