HSE Specialist - Work At Bac Ninh (Schedule: Monday to Friday)

The opportunity:
Contribute to improving Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance in the respective organization. Support business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge to offer solutions and advice. Assist in the delivery of Group-wide performance improvement programs and ensure effective risk management through Hitachi Energy's HSE Ambition - achieve world-class performance.
How do you make impact:
- Report HSE incidents and share lessons learned and best practices within the unit and Factory. Track and report Operating System & Sustainability objectives and KPIs to the HSE/SA Manager.
- Implement HSE policies and standards, ensuring audits are completed
- Support HSE risk assessments with line managers and shop floor employees
- Promote behavioral change by deploying Group-wide improvement programs to strengthen safety culture and environmental awareness across the organization.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, etc.) to communicate HSE performance, build commitment, and gather objective feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to improve HSE performance.
- Ensure safety equipment and tools are available and properly used. Identify training needs, coordinate delivery with the shared service center, and ensure compliance with HSE & Sustainability Operating System and ISO 14001/45001 standards.
- Contribute to and execute HSE and Sustainability projects, monitoring objectives, resources, manpower, budget, and key project outcomes
