HSE Supervisor (An Phước)

- The purpose of this position is to promote and sustain a safe work environment in order to avoid and minimize Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) related problems. These problems include but are not limited to the prevention of human injury and unsafe working conditions/practices.
- Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety, and environmental issues.
Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.
Ensure training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company's onsite training and HSE program, emergency response systems, etc.
Investigate and complete the process for closeout of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Factory Manager, HSE Head for promulgation to the management.
Manage Safety Statistic reporting within Department, Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the Plan Head and HODs.
Conduct HSE training and orientation to all new employees, guest and contractor at all levels.
Carry out a safety - health - environmental risk assessment to detect potential hazards and make plans for remediation.
Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required by Department Head & Factory Manager.
