1/ Implement HSE management system
Implement HSE & Security system for factory, including:
+ HSE policy and objectives
+ HSE roadmap
+ Procedure, work instruction
+ HSE regulation
+ HSE implementation plan
2/ Organize, supervise and control HSE operation
_Organize monthly HSE meeting.
_Build annual HSE action plan.
_Organize HSE mandatory training.
_Improve 5S at shop floor.
_Control HSE compliance
_Evaluate HSE activities.
_Track KPIs monthly
_Risk assessment
_Work with supplier to buy PPE and HSE equipment for factory.
_Monitor and control firefighting system
_Monitor and control WWTP operations
_Study and make proposal for HSE improvement project.
_Make monthly report.
_Train HSE regulation to employee, contractor, supplier.
_Make regularly legal report to authority offices.
_Make the contract for training, waste treatment, environmental monitoring, Firefighting system maintenance.
_Control and hand over hazardous waste follow regulation
_Consult and support other divisions related to HSE.
_Control safety at works
_Control expenses follow budget.
_Build firefighting and evacuation plan follow regulation.
_Build environment response plan
_Other tasks assigned by line manager.
3/ Build ISO 14K & OSHAS 18K system
_Build & operate document system for ISO 14K and OSHAS 18K.
_Build & operate infrastructure for ISO 14K and OSHAS 18K.
_Maintain and improve EQMS system.
4/ Work & Coordinate with government offices in related operations
_ Inspect and improve firefighting system.
_Inspect and improve Wastewater treatment plant.
