Huawei Gpon & Wi-Fi Engineer

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Huawei GPON & Wi-Fi Engineer to join our technical team. The candidate will be responsible for the deployment, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Huawei GPON/FTTH and Wi-Fi solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real telecom networks, including both new project implementation and maintenance of live networks, and be able to work independently with customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
• Implement and support Huawei GPON/FTTH and Wi-Fi projects.
• Participate in new project deployment, including equipment installation, configuration, integration, testing, and customer acceptance.
• Perform network maintenance and troubleshooting for existing GPON and Wi-Fi networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot Huawei OLT, ONU, and Wi-Fi AP equipment.
• Support network expansion, upgrade, migration, and optimization activities.
• Perform POC, PAT, interoperability testing, and customer acceptance.
• Analyze and resolve customer technical issues, including complex faults in live networks.
• Coordinate with customers, R&D, project teams, and other technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Prepare MOPs, deployment guides, test cases, test reports, and troubleshooting documents.
• Support Huawei NCE-FAN and NCE-Wi-Fi deployment and operation when required.
