Mô tả công việc
• Supervise Hull & Outfitting Constructionand steel fabrication activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate daily production activities related to steel vessel construction.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with applicable IACS requirements and shipbuilding standards.
• Provide technical guidance to production teams on steel fabrication, assembly, fitting, and welding practices.
• Identify and support the resolution of technical and production issues arising during construction.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, production, and other relevant teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor work progress, workmanship, quality, and productivity at site.
• Prepare and submit production progress, quality, and site activity reports as required.
• Support continuous improvement and share practical shipbuilding knowledge with team members.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Shipbuilding, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Previous hands-on experience in hull construction or steel shipbuilding production.
• Strong knowledge of steel shipbuilding construction, fabrication, and assembly processes.
• Familiarity with IACS requirements and relevant shipbuilding standards.
• Basic to good understanding of welding processes and welding-related quality requirements.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and production documents.
• Good spoken and written English for communication in an international working environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented working attitude.
• Willingness to learn, share experience, and provide guidance to production team members.
• Previous hands-on experience in hull construction or steel shipbuilding production.
• Strong knowledge of steel shipbuilding construction, fabrication, and assembly processes.
