Summary:
HR cum Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources and administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes, and provide effective administrative support to all departments. Cultivate and maintain a positive work environment between management and employees within the organization.
Working location: Ba Ria - Vung Tau (Provide shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City)
Key Accountabilities:
1. HR Operations
Manage and execute HR operational activities specific to the coffee factory, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, leave management and benefits administration.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, performance evaluations, commendations, promotions, warnings, and any disciplinary actions taken.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
Communicate and work with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention and fighting, Labor management department, facilitate inspections and reporting as necessary.
2. Employee Relations
Manage the communication and implementation of documents, announcements, policies from the company's management to employees.
Provide interpretation and guidance on human resources policies and employment law.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
3. Administrative & Asset Management
Manage office budgets, expenses, and financial records.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including document management and correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
Supervise the Receptionist cum Admin Executive to ensure smooth front desk operations.
Oversee the management of company assets, including equipment, supplies, and facilities,
Implement processes for asset tracking, maintenance, and inventory control.
4. HR Business Partnering
Provide advice to managers and employees on HR matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Implement performance management processes, provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Ensure performance objectives of each Department align with organizational objectives
5. Recruitment and Selection
Manage the recruitment and selection process for non-managerial positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
Oversee the onboarding process and ensure new employees receive necessary training and orientation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
05+ years of working experience in HR Management, 03+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Factory/Production field.
Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, HRBP and employee relations.
Proven experience in managing a team effectively.
Successful experience in employee relations.
Fluent in English (written and oral).
