The HR & Admin Development Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and administrative processes. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with company policies, and drives strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. General HR & Admin Management
- Support the implementation and management of HR and administrative functions, including Administration, Compensation & Benefits, and Recruitment, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies, programs, and practices.
- Assist in planning and implementing comprehensive HR strategies and organizational initiatives.
2. Administrative Oversight
- Oversee general management of administrative tasks in the office.
- Enhance internal and external activities to cultivate a positive cultural environment.
3. Organizational Design & Restructuring
- Ensure the organizational structure aligns with business growth stages, optimizes workflows, and enhances operational efficiency.
- Analyze, propose, and refine organizational charts, departmental functions, and role responsibilities.
4. Job Title & Competency Framework Management
- Develop and maintain a clear system of roles, responsibilities, and competency requirements for all positions.
- Manage job grading structures, job titles, detailed job descriptions, and competency frameworks as the foundation for recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
5. Performance Management & Employee Evaluation
- Implement and continuously improve fair, transparent, and effective performance management systems.
- Design and execute performance review cycles, advise managers on goal-setting, and guide feedback processes to support employee development.
6. Leadership Development & Succession Planning
- Identify, nurture, and develop future leaders and key talents to ensure sustainable organizational growth.
- Create talent management programs, succession plans, and leadership development initiatives for management teams.
7. Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement
- Drive initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment where employees feel motivated and committed to organizational goals.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and recommend interventions to strengthen corporate culture and improve workplace experience.
B. OTHER TASKS
Perform other tasks assigned by the HR & Admin Team Leader & Management.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
Education:
- University graduation in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 year-experience of the same position.
- Experience working in multi-national companies (MNCs) is preferred.
- Experience in the logistics industry (shipping line) and HR Consulting Firm are desirable.
Skills:
- Foreign language: Good command of English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Solid understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
