JOB SUMMARY
Act as the on-site HR representative and key liaison between hospital departments and Group HR. Support the implementation of HR policies and processes while ensuring effective employee administration, Medical HR compliance, employee relations, and HR operational support at hospital level.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary HR business partner and contact point for assigned departments, coordinating and following up on employee and HR-related matters.
Manage employee administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, personnel changes, offboarding, HR documentation, and employee records management.
Manage Medical HR and regulatory activities, including practitioner licensing, trainee administration, regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and accreditation requirements.
Partner with Department Heads and Group HR to provide HR operational support, policy guidance, employee relations support, and resolution of workplace issues.
Coordinate occupational health programs, external health check activities, physicians, service providers, and related administrative processes.
Support HR compliance, quality standards, employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and other assignments delegated by the Group Head of HR.
