Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead Recruitment and Onboarding Initiatives: Be at the forefront of our talent acquisition process, identifying top talents and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Stay Ahead with Research: Explore and analyze cutting-edge practices in Talent Management and HR, keeping our strategies fresh and competitive.
Drive Internal Innovation: Implement new processes and practices within our organization, contributing to our continuous improvement culture.
Amplify Our Brand: Take charge of our social media presence, crafting engaging content and leveraging marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand.
Foster Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, lending your support and expertise to various projects and initiatives.
Mentorship and Growth: Learn the ins and outs of Kanban tools and Agile PeopleOps FrameworkTM, with the opportunity to earn certifications and participate in career coaching sessions with industry leaders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in BBA/MBA/Masters in HR or related fields, or recent graduates keen on honing their skills in Agile PeopleOps.
Passion for HR and People Operations, with a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
