Develop and execute long-term HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Manage the recruitment, training, and development processes for employees.
Build and maintain an employee performance evaluation system.
Develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation policies and benefits programs including market benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
Address labor relations issues.
Participate in the company's strategic planning process.
Build and maintain a positive company culture.
Propose and implement initiatives to improve work processes.
Manage and oversee administrative tasks.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Yêu cầu
Experience: At least 3-5 years in the role of Head of HR in companies with 50 or more employees.
Strong management skills, teamwork ability, independent work skills, communication skills, planning skills, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of relevant legal regulations: Labor Law, Social Insurance, salary, personal income tax, trade unions, and business law.
Experience in developing KPIs for departments and staff.
Good English is a plus.
