✅Recruitment & Hiring
Develop and implement recruitment plans to ensure manpower requirements are met in a timely manner.
Oversee full recruitment processes, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Partner with department heads to ensure adequate workforce planning to support operational and business needs.
✅ Training & Development
Analyze training and development needs to ensure employees receive necessary and relevant training programs.
Develop and execute annual training plans aligned with company's operational needs and budget.
Oversee and optimize the onboarding and orientation process for new hires to ensure smooth cultural and operational integration.
✅ Compensation & Benefit
Develop compensation & benefits policies to ensure alignment with the company's business needs and competitiveness in the labor market.
Oversee compensation & benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and customer standards.
Ensure compensation & benefit payments are processed accurately and on time in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
✅ Performance Management
Develop and implement target-setting and performance evaluation system for the departments in alignment with company requirements.
Collaborate with department heads to set their targets and conduct performance evaluations in accordance with company regulations.
Identify skill gaps that employees need to improve and develop appropriate training programs to address those needs.
✅ Employee Relations
Oversee the employee grievance & feedback system and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively.
Manage disciplinary cases transparently and effectively, ensuring full alignment with company regulations and the labor code.
Work with the trade union to organize workplace dialogues and employee conference as required by regulations.
✅ HR Policies
Develop and update HR policies and regulations in line with company strategy, business needs, applicable laws, and customer standards.
Ensure that all HR-related policies and regulations are clearly communicated and consistently applied throughout the organization.
Review HR policies and regulations to enhance employee experience, update relevant laws, and improve organizational effectiveness.
✅ Compliance
Represent the Company as Compliance Head for stakeholder engagement in audits (internal, SEA, SLCP, Better Work, etc.).
Ensure all social responsibility activities comply with the company policies, regulations, applicable laws, and customer standards.
Coordinate with relevant parties to conduct internal audits, annual official audits/ verifications for SEA, SLCP, Better Work, etc.
Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations, customer standards, and provide timely advice to the Board of Directors.
✅ Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
✅ Working location: framas Footwear Technologies Co., Ltd, Road No. 3, Nhon Trach II - Nhon Phu Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Ward, Dong Nai City.
✅Transportation: Shuttle buses from HCM City and Dong Nai City to the Company.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, English, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in manufacturing industries such as footwear, apparel, plastics, or similar is highly preferred.
Familiarity with audit frameworks (SEA, SLCP, Better Work, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge and understanding of labor law and other related laws.
Strong English ability.
