Serve as the strategic Human Resources Business Partner to the Leadership Team by developing and executing people strategies that enable organizational capability, workforce sustainability, operational excellence and long-term business growth.
Lead all Human Resources functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Organization Development, HR Operations and Employee Experience while advising business leaders on organization effectiveness, workforce capability and organizational transformation.
Ensure people strategies are fully aligned with business objectives to improve productivity, optimize labor cost, strengthen leadership pipeline and foster a high-performance, engaged workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Serve as a member of the Plant Leadership Team, translating business strategy into people strategy.
Partner with business leaders on organization design, workforce planning, organizational capability, change management and leadership effectiveness.
Ensure HR initiatives deliver measurable impact on Efficiency, Cost, Quality, People & Competitiveness of the Plant.
Lead organizational development initiatives supporting future business growth.
Establish Talent Review, Succession Planning and Leadership Pipeline processes.
Develop competency frameworks and career architecture across the organization.
Drive internal mobility, promotion and high-potential development programs.
Develop workforce planning and recruitment strategies aligned with production and business growth.
Strengthen employer branding and sustainable talent pipelines.
Monitor labor market trends and workforce competitiveness.
Ensure timely availability of qualified workforce with optimized recruitment investment.
Develop learning strategies to strengthen organizational capability.
Build leadership capability through structured leadership development programs.
Foster a continuous learning culture and succession readiness.
Measure learning effectiveness through business performance outcomes.
Build an inclusive, respectful and engaging workplace.
Lead employee engagement and employee experience strategies.
Maintain harmonious employee relations and effective conflict resolution.
Strengthen organizational culture aligned with company values.
Lead HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.
Drive workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness projects.
Promote continuous improvement through data, technology and innovation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, customer standards and global policies.
Lead HR audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR leadership role (HRM/ HRD) within manufacturing or multinational companies. Experiences in Garment business preferred.
Strong expertise in Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations and Vietnamese Labor Law.
Strategic mindset, strong business acumen, ability to partner with senior leaders, lead change and drive organizational effectiveness.
Strong communication, influencing, analytical thinking, problem-solving, people leadership and project management skills.
Fluent English for business communication in a multinational environment.
