I. Position Overview
The Human Resources Team Leader is responsible for managing the hotel's HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and compliance. This role ensures that HR practices support th hotel's strategic goals and foster a positive, professional, and productive working environment.
II. Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, select, and onboard qualified candidates.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key hotel positions.
* Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for staff at all levels.
- Monitor onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
* Employee Relations & Engagement
- Promote a positive work environment through communication, recognition, and feedback.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a professional and fair manner.
- Lead employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
* Performance Management
- Support departments in setting KPIs and conducting performance appraisals.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement and career development plans.
- Ensure the performance review process is timely, fair, and constructive.
* Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll, benefits, and employee incentives in coordination with Finance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Recommend adjustments to compensation structures as needed to remain competitive.
* Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal and company requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation for auditing and reporting.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations, health & safety, and social insurance.
* HR Reporting & Strategic Planning
- Prepare monthly HR reports on headcount, turnover, training, and other key metrics.
- Contribute to HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Support the General Manager and leadership team with HR insights and recommendations.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Good command of English; Korean is a plus.
