Mô tả công việc
Recruitment:
Responsible for hiring, communication and recruiting.
Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Social Insurance:
Building employer brand awareness.
Prepare reports on social insurance changes (increase/decrease).
Work with the social insurance agency.
Prepare contracts and contract appendix.
Handle promotions, demotions, transfers, and terminations of contracts.
Perform other tasks as requested by direct management.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English languages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of employer branding strategies
Proven track record in talent acquisition and selection
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
