Mô tả công việc
• Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Manage the recruitment process, from planning, interviewing, evaluating candidates, to selecting suitable hires.
• Train and develop employee skills, build career advancement paths, and create career development plans.
2. Performance Management and Employee Evaluation
• Establish performance evaluation systems, build assessment criteria, and define employee evaluation processes.
• Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and propose measures to improve efficiency.
3. HR Policies and Procedures Management
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
4. Compensation and Benefits Management
• Develop and manage salary, bonus, and benefits systems for employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
5. Labor Relations Management
• Handle labor relations issues, resolve conflicts and disputes among employees.
• Foster a positive and harmonious working environment.
6. KPI/OKR System Development
• Establish and implement KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) systems to measure and enhance employee and departmental performance.
7. Corporate Culture Development
• Build and maintain a positive corporate culture that motivates employees.
• Organize cultural activities, events, and employee engagement programs.
8. International Recruitment and Development
• Develop HR strategies and recruitment plans for neighboring markets such as Cambodia, Thailand, and Singapore
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in HR management positions, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
Experience in HR development and recruitment in neighboring markets such as Cambodia, Thailand, and Singapore.
Technical & Professional Skills:
Extensive knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and related regulations.
Proficient in HR management software and office software tools.
Proficiency in English communication.
Soft skills
Ability to lead and manage HR teams, make strategic decisions and manage effectively.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
Good presentation and persuasion skills.
Ability to manage time and prioritize work effectively.
Skills in resolving conflicts and building positive labor relations.
Ability to organize and coordinate HR activities.
Ability to analyze and make data-driven decisions.

+ Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM).
+ Saturday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (on alternate weeks).
