HVAC Technician

Job Summary
Execute all PM plans assigned by HVAC supervisor. Ensure profound quality of PM job plan for all WN big equipment
maintenance mechanics to execute preventive maintenance programs to improve productivity of production lines.
Fix all equipment issue, broken down.
Operate auxiliary equipment such as VRV system,Air-con, Fans, Dust collector , AHU, RO,air dryer, water drinking,sanitary equipment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Execution of assigned work order from HVAC team leader in daily, weekly.
Walk around checking & List the working status of Air Conditioner, Exhaust fans, wall mounted fans, Dust collector, sanitary equipment, sewage system, ... at office & production areas in weekly and monthly.
Plan to maintain Air Conditioner, AHU, Exhaust fans, wall mounted fans, dust collector. . .As per permanent maintenance's schedule.
Checklist and daily record after completing each work
Execution of urgent work when needed.
Efficient use of materials, equipment, spare part, hand tools . . .
To supervision of outsource works from supplier / Contractor.
To ensure its work is completed in accordance with technical process, safety and cleaning the worked area after completing the work.
Involved in the renovation projects.
To support civil & facilities workers when needed.
Other tasks assigned by HVAC supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education
intermediate graduate or technical school in engineering of Mechanical or construction mechanical (major mechanical)
Experience:
2 years of experience in HVAC or ACMV [protected info] equipment,contruction
HVAC or ACMV have experience required
Experience in operating and maintenance of chiller, Air-con , dust collector , AHU ,sanitary ,sewage system is an advantage
Knowledge of:
All equipment in terms of uses, repair, and maintenance.
Knowledge of mechanical work
Knowledge of power distribution system
EQUIPMENT USED
Computer: Ms Office especially.
