Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth research and support in originating, structuring, advising and executing capital raising transactions
• Assist in preparing pitch decks to win new transactions and advise clients on optimal financing strategies
• Draft, refine, and coordinate legal and marketing documents such as securities issuance and client negotiations
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders such as legal counsel, client, regulators and internal teams to successful complete transactions
• Support in building and maintaining relationships with clients to explore capital raising opportunities.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Graduated from a top-tier university or international institution, majoring in Finance, Economics, Business or Accounting.
• Certifications: CFA, ACCA, or CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience: At least 03 years of experience in investment banking and deal advisory, especially debt capital raising is a plus. Related fields such as corporate banking or other related experience accepted with a strong track record in financial/credit analysis.
• Knowledge: Candidates with understanding of capital raising transactions, procedures and legal framework with a focus on Debt Capital Market is a plus
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and deal management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Work Ethic:
• Ability to thrive under high-pressure work environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Communication: Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
