IE Engineer

1. Monitor monthly production plans, identify top product codes with low productivity and high production time to take ACTION before production in the month -> Minimize possible risks out when product goods.
2. Search for causes and explanations for monthly Negative Profit product codes from the accounting department --> Provide solutions to improve negative profits:
- Receive a list of monthly accountant's negative product codes. List out what the POSSIBLE causes are through line management --> Improve the causes of negative profits.
- Combine with previous improvement measures to have specific solutions for each production line and product code. Make accounting reports and feedback --> Monitor results of improvements.
3. Search for Automation solutions from external suppliers for improvement activities of the production department --> Contribute to increasing opportunities for automation improvement:
- Refer to actual needs and solutions for implementation by contacting external vendors. --> Bring actual needs to Vendors.
- Calculate ROI to know the value brought. List out the lists that need to be improved in accordance with production Forecast and improvement needs --> Monitor the compatibility between the improvement value brought and customer forecast.
4. Collaborate with the ENG team to participate in the post-Pilot evaluation process to fix arising problems and ensure 100% are fixed before running MP -> Fix risks before mass running.
5. Click Balance time to find the appropriate LOBs for each product code -> Line balance.
6. Support ENG department --> Update accurate data on each stage on WI.
7. Other tasks as requested by management.
