Mô tả công việc

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the AP/IGCSE/IB curriculum guidelines.
Deliver effective instruction to students, utilizing various teaching strategies and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement, participation, and critical thinking.
Assess and evaluate student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance, ensuring compliance with school policies and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional practices, promoting a cohesive educational experience for students.
Communicate regularly and effectively with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to address individual student needs, academic progress, and any concerns or challenges.
Stay updated with the latest developments in the AP/IGCSE/IB curriculum, instructional strategies, and educational best practices.
Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings as required by the center.
Other duties as assigned by Vision Mentors.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, equivalent to an IELTS score of 7.5 or higher.
Teaching certification or license in the relevant subject area is desirable
Experience teaching the AP, IGCSE, or IB curriculum is highly preferred.
Familiarity with the AP/IGCSE/IB curriculum guidelines, assessment requirements, and expectations.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject matter and its application to real-world contexts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective classroom management skills and ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of educational tools is an asset.
