Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
• Supervise and manage a team of telemarketers, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and strategies.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment to boost team morale and productivity.
Performance Management:
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual telemarketers, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Training and Development:
• Develop and implement training programs to improve telemarketing skills and product knowledge.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team performance.
• Ensure that all team members are updated on new products, services, and promotions.
Operational Oversight:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the telemarketing department, including scheduling and workflow management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and other key indicators to senior management.
• Use data analysis to develop strategies for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on market and industry trends to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Telemarketing Manager
Skill Requirements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong sales and customer service background.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a telemarketing supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Over 2 years of time management experience in a call center environment.
- Experience managing 2-3 team leads within a call center
Required Education and qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
