Illustrator - Concept To Production

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Illustrator who can own the visual journey of our hardware products-from hand sketching initial design concepts to producing production-ready SolidWorks files. This role requires someone with both a strong artistic eye and technical aptitude. You will be collaborating closely with product development, design, and engineering teams to translate creative ideas into real-world luxury products.
Responsibilities:
• Concept Development
o Create compelling, detailed hand sketches and
renderings for new product concepts and collections.
o Translate artistic vision into presentation-ready
concept drawings for internal and client-facing reviews.
• Technical Translation
o Convert approved concept drawings into precise,
production-grade CAD files using SolidWorks.
o Ensure all outputs align with manufacturing
requirements and internal design specifications.
• Collaboration & Workflow
o Work closely with designers, engineers, and production
teams to iterate on designs based on feedback.
o Collaborate with materials, finishes, and prototyping
teams to ensure design feasibility and fidelity.
• Organization & Communication
o Maintain a clear and updated digital archive of
drawings, 3D files, and reference documentation.
o Clearly communicate timelines, status updates, and
deliverables to cross-functional stakeholders.
o Prepare visual presentations and storyboards for
internal use and client presentations.
