• Proven experience as an Account Director, Senior
Account Manager or IMC Planner, preferably in an agency environment;
• At least 5-7 years of experience in the advertising or communications industry, with a comprehensive understanding of integrated marketing strategies (creative, branding, digital, PR, social media);
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary campaigns and work with a variety of client categories;
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a hands-on approach to delivering successful campaigns and maintaining client satisfaction;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; fluency in English is essential;
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• A strategic thinker with the ability to turn client objectives into innovative, effective campaigns.
