This role is an onsite opportunity.
As a Implementation Specialist, you will:
• Serves as the primary point of contact during the software (SPS & Gentran) implementation process for the customer, with assistance as needed from implementation supervisor.
• Manages setup within TrueCommerce. Conducts testing for customers.
• Manages implementation tasks and coordinates activities with the customer, trading partners, SPS and other implementation team members.
• Manages customer expectations and project scope.
• Actively contacts and follows-up with customers to drive continuous progress on the completion of their project.
• Assists the customer with usage of the TrueCommerce software.
• Assists the customer with the EDI testing process, including analyzing test results and advising the customer on steps required to fulfill testing requirements.
• Assists the customer with the integration testing process, including understanding of basic integration functions and BSP mapping changes for assigned ERP packages.
• Identifies and communicates implementation issues and escalate to the appropriate parties.
• Meets monthly go-live and quality targets as determined by TrueCommerce management.
• Follows the TrueCommerceEDI Project Management Methodology (PMO) on all projects.

Yêu cầu
• Requirements (must have): Good English (verbal and written), work at nightshift.
• Client service implementations, business to business, and/or computer support/service experience (in IT company is a plus).
• Years of experience: 1 year +
• Project management knowledge or experience is required.
• Experience in working with high volume customers and/or tasks with proven ability to keep organized and multi-task.
• Prior experience in training customers on application software including conducting training webinars or one-on-one customer training sessions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet applications required.
• Experience with business systems such as Microsoft Great Plains, AX, Dynamics, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP or NetSuite is a plus.
**Working hour: nightshift from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM. (30% nightshift salary, shift allowance)
**Working location: 5th Floor, Helios Building, QTSC Software, Dist. 12, Ho Chi Minh Viet Nam
