Import/Export & Customs Operations
Manage and supervise daily import/export and customs operations.
Review import/export documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Resolve customs clearance issues and minimize operational risks.
External & Internal Coordination
Coordinate with Customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics providers.
Coordinate with HQ and internal departments regarding import/export activities.
Team Leadership & Operational Efficiency
Lead, coach, and support 5 team members.
Improve import/export team efficiency and support smooth daily operations.
Report directly to the Korean manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Import/Export, Customs, or Logistics operations, including at least 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Vietnam Customs regulations and import/export procedures.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent is preferred.
Experience with electronic devices, automotive components, or harness industry is preferred.
Strong document review, customs clearance, logistics coordination, and operational risk control capability.
Language / Other Requirements
Good English communication skills for email, reports, and meetings.
Korean language ability is a plus but not mandatory.
Age: born from 1985 to 1990s.
Living near the company is an advantage.

Able to work with Korean managers, interpreters, and cross-functional teams.
