Import & Export Specialist
to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City and take ownership of import-export operations, customs procedures, shipment coordination, and related documentation.

customs declaration via VNACCS
Responsibilities
Collaborating with Procurement team to receive, check, reconcile, and revise the shipping docs for import shipments (including materials like API, excipients, packaging; tool, machine, samples...).
Collaborating with Techops side to arrange export shipments.
Contact to Suppliers to arrange import shipments (Commercial finish goods).
Manage and tracking the quantity deduction against the import license.
Perform the import-export declaration via Vnaccs systems
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholder like Accounting, customs vendors, trucking vendors until finishing the customs clearance procedure.
Responsible for and monitor cargo to warehouse (import) or in revert (export).
Following up and solving problem thorough the import/export a consignment.
Collaborating to stakeholder to solve issues relating to cargo damage, cargo insurance during cargo receiving.
Monitors data (master code of materials and products, inventory...) regardings materials import, producing, then exporting products. (E31, E62 type).
Monitor and do liquidity report in the fiscal year (working with the vendor).
Checking, confirming and responsible for costs tracking of each shipment
Perform payment request in internal platform (Base, SAP) to make payment to vendors.
Manage third party (customs, trucking,..).
Other tasks are assigned by Managers.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in import-export documentation and operations.
Mandatory:
Hands-on experience performing
customs declarations on the VNACCS system
.
Good knowledge of import procedures for materials under E31 and export procedures for products under E62.
Experience with import-export customs documentation, customs clearance and coordination with customs brokers.
Knowledge or experience in the pharmaceutical industry/products is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office
Careful, detail-oriented and strong in teamwork.
English communication skill is a plus.
