Import - Export SpecialistUnited Pharma Viet Nam

This position reports to Import - Export Senior Manager
Main responsibilities:
A- EXPORT:
Export order: Liaise with production & oversee customers to arrange shipments/ containers. Co-ordinate with related departments to have full shipping documents & review before send to import countries.
Develop packaging of export products in co-ordination with customers/ manufacturers and internal to have packaging for commercial production.
B- IMPORT:
Follow up & monitor all import cargos as per issued PO. Liaise with shipper, be accountability for the correctness and full import shipping documents required to support Customs procedure, release cargo.
Take care of all necessary steps after import cargo arrived warehouse: QA inspection arrangement, labeling stickers,... to follow mandatory requirements of authority before release products for sales.
Monitor packaging development with Manufacturer, ensure exactness of the design/ content/ color as approved artwork.
C- OTHER:
Project coordinator: Co-ordinate with related departments to consolidate all required dossier/ samples for product registration/ changes in import countries. Ensure time line/ lead-time.
Follow up and satisfy all additional requirements by customers.
Build up payment plan/ request payment to send to Accounting.
Other tasks assigned by Manager.
