This position reports to Import - Export Senior Manager.
Main responsibilities:
1. Follow up import, export PO shipments/ procedures.
Export POs/ Shipments:
Monitor POs and follow up production plan to meet requirements of the POs.
Coordinate with Factory to arrange deliveries: availability of finished goods, arrangement on ETD/ ETA, container arrangement for vessel booking and pallet packing, review & confirm shipping documents with importer to issue final shipping documents.
Import POs/ Shipments:
Request for LC, finalize LC with vendor, request payment.
Coordinate with Importer for the delivery of the PO.
Monitor shipments ETD/ ETA.
Review shipping documents to ensure the satisfaction of Custom procedure.
Coordinate with Warehouse and QA to receive and inspect the imported cargo.
Coordinate with Importer and QA for handling of the product complaint (if any).
2. Coordinate with Customers/ Vendors to develop and finalize artwork/ packaging design for export/ import products.
3. Coordinate internally to provide dossiers as customers' requirements.
4. Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Division Head.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in in Economics or Foreign Trade, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the import-export field.
Proven knowledge of import-export procedures and project management.
Fluency in English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
Ability to negotiate terms with suppliers, customers, and third parties.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
Careful and diligent in handling documentation and project details.
Hardworking and able to perform under high pressure, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
