Import - Export Staff

- Work directly with foreign customers such as receiving orders, making quotes, answering customer questions
- Make all export documents such as INV, PL, work with forwarder to make CO, make declaration, ...
- Work with relevant parties such as banks, forwarders on LC shipments from customers
- Monitor and supervise import and export procedures to ensure on schedule, track purchase and sale documents such as invoices, CO, BL, HS code
- Check declaration documents and comply with government regulations, update new obligations and laws monthly. Work closely with Customs Officer or Agent
- Update tracking file weekly, work with Production and WH keeper
- Handling all problems during customs clearance
- Direct contact with forwarders
- Reports related to import and export
- Other tasks related to the profession.
