Mô tả công việc

1. Planning & Order Management
• Update and provide periodic raw material price quotes to the Department Head and Board of Directors.
• Work closely with the Sales and Logistics/Warehouse departments to develop purchasing plans and optimize lead times and import procedures.
2. Contract & Document Management
• Draft, review, and verify terms and conditions in import-export contracts to ensure legal compliance and minimize corporate risk.
• Prepare, inspect, and manage complete sets of import-export documentation.
3. Tracking & Reporting
• Track, compile, and report detailed progress on every import/export shipment.
• Prepare periodic import-export status reports and analyze/update relevant market trends.
