Summary of Position, Responsibility and Authority
Responsible for auditing all revenue reports of the hotel to ensure that these are properly and accurately prepared; for preparing daily reports and for supervising and controlling outlet cashiers.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Maintain a daily missing check record and pass to restaurant cashier for further investigation.
• Reconcile daily room revenue and room status with reservation and front desk.
• Reconcile daily housekeeping report and room discrepancies.
• Reconcile paid out, rebate, and discount.
• Reconcile daily other revenue.
• Prepare daily revenue report, room statistics
• Check cash sales with general cashier.
• Process revenue journal and record information to the general ledger.
• Responsible for checking night auditor's summary.
• Conducts outlet spot checking whenever necessary.
• Carry out physical counts of inventories, tools, equipments and fixed assets at the end of months as required.
• Prepare the VAT report
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
