Influencer Livestream Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a sharp, results-driven Influencer Livestream Specialist to scale COLORKEY's revenue by driving high-converting KOL/KOC Livestreams on Their Own Channels. In this role, you will lead the strategic outreach, negotiation, and execution with top beauty creators, leveraging affiliate models, booking partnerships, and strong influencer networks to deliver massive GMV growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Creator Booking & Network Management
Pitch, negotiate, and close livestream partnership deals with Top Beauty KOLs, Mega Creators, and KOCs to broadcast COLORKEY products on their personal channels.
Build, nurture, and expand high-value relationships with premium content creators, major MCNs, and talent agencies across Vietnam.
Design competitive collaboration packages (Commission structures, Booking fees, Exclusive deal allocations, and Performance incentives) to prioritize COLORKEY in creator live schedules.
Collaborate with creators on live session strategies, hero SKU selection, exclusive pricing, and co-promotional schedules for major Mega Sale campaigns.
2. Campaign Execution & Operational Oversight
Manage the full campaign lifecycle: seeding samples, locking broadcast slots, securing live-exclusive vouchers, and monitoring real-time inventory during streams.
Supervise live session execution to rapidly troubleshoot stock, voucher usage, or technical issues on the creator's end.
Coordinate directly with Shopee Category Managers to secure platform-sponsored vouchers and traffic boosts for high-tier creator live streams.
3. Performance Tracking & Data Optimization
Analyze key campaign metrics-including GMV, Traffic, Conversion Rate, CIR (Cost-Income Ratio), and ROI-to evaluate individual creator efficiency.
Deliver regular data reports, highlight social commerce trends, and optimize budget allocation to maximize profit margins.
Oversee the overall booking and affiliate budget for creator livestreams to hit target ROI metrics.
4. Cross-Functional Alignment
Work seamlessly with Brand Marketing, E-commerce, and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory readiness, campaign alignment, and brand consistency across all creator channels.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in KOL/KOC Booking, Influencer Marketing, or MCN Management within E-commerce (Beauty/Cosmetics preferred).
Strong existing network and established relationships with top-tier Beauty KOLs/KOCs who livestream on Shopee.
Deep expertise in livestream affiliate structures, platform traffic dynamics, and social commerce mechanisms.
Superior negotiation, communication, and partner-relationship management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with proven experience managing ROI, CIR, and campaign budgets.
Proficient in English for reporting and cross-functional communication.
