Mô tả công việc
- Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, printers as well as end users' requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation.
- Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors.
- Work closely with the Admin team and IT vendors to assure asset requests, procurements, repair, and deployments via ticketing system.
- Manage Information Technology infrastructure, system monitoring and reports.
- Cooperating with InfoSec team to implement and act as 1st layer support for security solutions such as: web filtering, antivirus, MDM, etc.

Yêu cầu
- Diploma or degree in computer sciences, information technology or related discipline.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and macOS (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies, specially SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Familiarity with Web filtering, Antivirus Endpoint, Patch management.
- Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures.
- Having knowledge in MDM solution is an advantage.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
