Infrastructure DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to build, operate and optimize our IT infrastructure while supporting software delivery and day-to-day IT operations. You will work closely with Development teams to deliver reliable infrastructure, automate operational processes, and support both internal systems and customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & DevOps

• Build, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and operate on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Deploy and maintain containerized applications.
• Administer Linux, Windows Server and virtualization platforms.
• Implement monitoring, backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using scripting.
• Leverage AI-powered coding assistants and LLMs (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate script writing, code optimization, and workflow automation.
• Utilize AI-driven tools for proactive system monitoring, log analysis, and incident troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Development teams to deploy and troubleshoot applications.
• Participate in infrastructure implementation for internal systems and customer projects.
• Improve infrastructure security, performance and scalability.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

IT Operations

• Perform Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes, including workstation setup, account provisioning and offboarding.
• Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other internal IT services.
• Manage IT assets and maintain inventory records.
• Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and Firewall infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for end users and resolve hardware, software and system issues.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps or System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows Server and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Git, Docker and CI/CD.
• Experience with Bash, PowerShell or Python scripting.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar GenAI tools) to improve productivity and engineering efficiency.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and good technical English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).
• Experience with virtualization, monitoring or firewall platforms.
• Experience in deploying, monitoring, or managing infrastructure for AI/ML workloads is a plus.
