Mô tả công việc
* Membership Insurance
- Weekly and monthly reconcile and confirm list of FVH membership members for registering health insurance with insurance company
- Monthly prepare payment request with other documents: invoice, the confirmed list of membership members registering health insurance
- Monthly report: Ratio of coverage vs. total treatment bill, group of services, age, sex.
- Every 6 months, prepare a report of loss ratio of membership health insurance programs for Head of Insurance Services review and work with insurance for percentage of refund for premium (if loss ration < 75%)
* Social Insurance
- Monthly report about price difference of inventory items between purchase price versus SI price.
- Monitor to ensure all SI inventory items having full information related to contract, PO, invoice, etc. which are available for SI assessment and inspection.
- Follow-up deposit of SI to ensure timely deposit, amount deposit.
- Report and monitor payment of SI based on SI settlement confirmation to map with SI invoices.
- Monthly report on SI activities, revenue, coverage ratio and AR by OPD/ IPD/ Specialties
- Monthly report on SI claims on SI portal: Approval, reject ratio, mistake
- Monthly report ratio of coverage vs. total treatment bill, group of services, age, sex.
* Insurance
- Monthly report about insurance claims by insurance company and by staff
- Monthly report about insurance activity and revenue: by company, by insurance type and by visit type (OPD/IPD)
- Monthly report about insurance error by staff / system leading to delay in claims / rejected by insurance
- Monthly report about insurance staff performance (coverage confirmation/GOP for OPD/IPD, Claims)
- Report and monitor payment of SI based on SI settlement confirmation to map with SI invoices.
- Monthly report on insurance activities, revenue, coverage ratio and AR by OPD/ IPD/ Specialties
- Monthly report ratio of coverage vs. total treatment bill, group of services, age, sex.
* Analysis
- Develop template to support management tools in measuring and estimating risks.
- Build-up analysis to present analytical findings for the Head of Insurance Services to review and have the appropriate decision making through fact-based analyses.
- Implement and maintain an effective analysis to provide measure performance of services required by line management.
- Work with related people to investigate, gather and define requirements, analysis and give recommendation and improvement.
* Others
- Other tasks requested by line management

Yêu cầu
* Qualification:
- University degree in finance, accountancy, economics, foreign trade, mathematics, or computer science, with good educational records.
* Experience:
- Strong finance and accounting background. Minimum 2- 5 years of work experience in accounting/financial analysis.
* Skills and knowledge:
- Good use of the English and Vietnamese language
- Good understanding of accounting and finance and business operations
- High level of integrity, sharp mind, good in detail and well-organized
- Proactive, resourceful, independent, dedicated, tasked-leading
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Foreign language(s): Fluency in speaking and in written English
