• Collecting requirements, formulating tasks, conducting interviews;
• Developing scenarios for the use of features;
• Drawing up a consistent and complete requirements model;
• Formulating, setting and coordinating technical requirements with customers and developers;
• Formulating technical solution (algorithms, report forms, interface);
• Feature testing, delivery to customers;
• Maintaining customed features and providing user support.

Yêu cầu
• Currently pursuing a degree in IT or a related field;
• Prior experience / internships or coursework related to business analysis for ERP systems is a plus;
• Familiarity with ERP systems or software such as MISA, SAP or similar is preferable;
• Fluent English and Vietnamese;
• Ability to work at least 25 h / week during work hours;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
