1. Handle daily Freight Forwarding Operations as per company's internal procedure.
2. Communicate with Suppliers/Shipping Companies/Customers/Overseas offices effectively, providing good customer service and timely response to enquiries.
3. Collecting/ Checking/ Dispatching of information and documents, and follow up shipments closely and keep related parties updated in timely manner.
4. Be responsive and report problems to line manager timely.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Educational background: undergraduate student.
2. Language: proficiency in English, Mandarin(Chinese) speaking will be advantage.
3. Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
4. Proactive working attitude, good service mind and pay attention to details.
