- Collaborate with ocean carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other service providers to negotiate rates, secure capacity, and ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including customs requirements, trade sanctions, and safety regulations, to minimize risk and ensure the legality of shipments.
- Ensure service quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency, and take corrective actions as needed to address any issues or discrepancies.
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the supply chain, such as port disruptions, vessel delays, or cargo damage, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.

- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Working languages: English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
