We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern Recruiter (Executive Search/ Training provided) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possess a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while contributing to our team's success.
Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with employers via cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct HR recruitment activities, including reviewing CVs, performing initial screening calls, and shortlisting candidates.
Evaluate candidate resumes and recommend suitable candidates for open positions.
Continuously enhance recruitment processes and strategies to improve the candidate experience.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and extending job offers.
Provide career advice and follow up with job seekers regarding their search status.
Deliver excellent customer service to employers and address their queries.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements
Passion for the recruitment industry with a sales-oriented mindset.
Experience in a recruitment firm or the recruitment industry.
Self-disciplined, goal-driven, and self-motivated individuals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
