Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive sales. Scan It makes consumer shopping rewarding and fun, whilst growing customer loyalty.
Buzz It is a comprehensive loyalty platform with customization capabilities to meet diverse needs of businesses. Buzz It brings an end-to-end solution from developing the front end, building specific loyalty programs, to integrating systems and delivering Got It gifts and Scan It campaigns.
II. What you will do
1. Internal Communication
- Support the creation of content and communication materials for internal channels, including announcements, employee birthdays, loyalty milestones, and internal activities.
- Design visual materials and create/edit videos for internal communication and training content.
- Maintain the internal communication calendar and ensure recurring content is published on time.
- Support the preparation and coordination of internal events and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with the Admin team to prepare birthday gifts, cards, employee milestone gifts, and other materials.
2. Employer Branding
- Create content, visuals, and videos for employer branding channels.
- Support other employer branding activities as assigned.
III. What you should have
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Multimedia, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Internal Communication and Employer Branding.
- Good content writing skills and visual sense.
- Good designing and video editing skills using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with or strong interest in using AI tools for content, image, and video creation.
- Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
IV. Why you'll love working here
- Allowance: 4,000,000 VND Gross per month.
- Working Time: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
- Hands-on internship with on-the-job training, mentoring, and workshops.
- Participate in internal events and celebrations throughout the year.
- Internship certificate & graduation report support (if applicable).
