Internal Communications Executive

MAIN PURPOSE To drive candidate attraction and internal engagement through creative employer branding initiatives across social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), multi-channel internal communications, and seamless execution of company events.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal
Communications & Employer Branding (60%)
Produce, and manage video content on the official TikTok channel to enhance the company's employer brand visibility and candidate reach.
Create and distribute engaging content for social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok
Stay updated on communication trends to apply effectively in company activities.
Corporate with Talent Acquisition Team to design and executive campaigns, minigames, and other events aimed at enhancing employer branding and attracting talents.
Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication plan on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, align employees with key company messages through newsletters, announcements and presentations.
Internal events (40%)
Develop concepts & communications for internal events
Manage and monitor event execution to ensure alignment with plans and goals.
Execute internal engagement programs, including vendor sourcing, negotiation and event logistics.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field.
At least 2+ years of experience in internal communication/engagement field.
Can-do attitude with team-work spirit
Sociable and be able to connect others
MC skills are a plus.
